Just wanted to give you a heads-up about something important as we gear up for the Fitness Atlantic show.

There's a dedicated Facebook group called "Fitness Atlantic Coaches and Contestants Group" specifically for all your questions about the show. It's a fantastic resource for both coaches and contestants.

If you know of any new individuals who are considering competing in the show, please do us a huge favor and invite them to join the group!

Donna and I make it a point to travel to as many coaches' workshops as possible. We love meeting your teams and holding Q&A sessions to address any questions about the event. We try our best to attend every one we're invited to because these interactions are incredibly helpful in answering many questions beforehand.

For those local to Connecticut, we also host our own posing workshops leading up to the show. We rent space at a local gym and keep the cost very affordable at just $40 for a two-hour posing class. We've been doing these for years, and they're super casual – no fancy attire, just focused posing practice!

One of the reasons Fitness Atlantic has always drawn a great crowd is our "grass-roots" approach, with a strong focus on our local community (CT, MA, RI, and NY). Mohegan Sun's location makes it easily drivable for most, meaning lots of friends and family come out to support!
