If you have entered a fitness show before?
People wait and think: "I'll see how I look and feel
closer and then decide."
That doesn't really work best. That means you start to doubt yourself and that's not good.
If you don't commit you end up cheating too much on the diet or skipping workouts.
Scrabbling at the final hour just makes people very nervous and nerves make you
just feel really uncomfortable...
The stage fright part and butterflies are usually always there but if you know you
are not 100% because
you just started way too late that's another story.
Things are never perfect just like planning a wedding or major event
anything can happen. That's sorta why people hire wedding planners instead
of trying to do everything
themselves and get stressed out.
The decision making part should take place at the beginning of prep.
People always ask me at the last week before the show if I'm going crazy and are super busy.
I'm not really at that point... other than people who are entering calling with questions they should have asked months and months prior.
NOW is the time to ask the questions and to come to a show workshop.
The decision for anyone to enter a show
should be now as well.
NOW is the time to set the goal for 2023.
DIET AND WORKOUT prep starts NOW but at this point you start
thinking if you need a bikini, a suit, a gown, a theme wear outfit. The reach
out to designers or
coaches.

Then all you have to do is focus daily on working out and eating right.

A lot of people tend to make “sorta kinda” decisions. Here’s the secret behind why people don’t follow through: The reason people don’t commit to a decision is that they don’t act on it.
You may have thought that it’s the
other way around – that you have to commit to a decision before you act on it. But the only way to prove to yourself that you’re completely committed to a decision and are going to follow through is if you push yourself to take the first step – which is the hardest step to take.

If you don’t act, your dreams will die in your mind. When you make a decision, commit yourself to it by taking the first step toward it right then and there. Otherwise, you’ll go home, get caught up in the 87 other things you need to do, and you won’t make any headway. Take some form of action that will move you in the direction you want to go.
