When it comes to our Prep Workshops there aren't
reservations needed and you can just show up!
Nothing fancy is required and it is causal workout clothing and for the women bring high heel shoes and men just some shorts.
We have a new location this year in Clinton, CT
right off of I-95 at a gym named Coastline Fitness which used to be called Shoreline Fitness.
