Sometimes I see people hire and pay expensive online coaches and do Zoom or Facetime videos on posing and that is fine if you have the money to spend. There is really something about connecting and the friendships that can be created at these events.
Many of the friendships made at this event go on to last a lifetime. Well before I rant about people locked in houses who like online connections to only one person let me tell you about our workshops.
Nothing fancy is required and it is causal workout clothing and for the women bring high heel shoes and men just some shorts.
We have a new location this year in Clinton, CT right off of I-95 at a gym named Coastline Fitness which used to be called Shoreline Fitness.
