Donna and I travel around to many coach's workshops and meet the teams of clients and hold a lot of Q&A in regards to the event. We try to go to all of them we are invited to. Attending these events helps because we answer so many questions in advance.
We also hold our own posing workshops in Connecticut leading up to the show. We rent space at a gym and charge only $40 for a two-hour posing class. We have been holding these for many years and it is super casual. We don't dress up fancy and it is almost all posing.
We have always pulled a big audience for this show because we always promoted "grass-roots" and focused on local (CT, MA, RI, and NY). Most people are able to drive to Mohegan Sun. Friends and Family make up that audience!
For many of you all on the email list and in this group, it is a lot of the same "repeat information" and that is due to the fact new people send emails in with questions saying they didn't know certain things.
Here are some reminders and updates to share with new clients and current ones entered already. If you are a friend or coach of people entering please remind them of the following.

The check-in registration is 3pm-6pm and the contestant meeting is 7pm on THURSDAY, April 28th at Mohegan Sun. Most people have been totally understanding and actually like to check in at the hotel on Thursday so they don't have to rush on Friday. This has been on the website and schedule from day one of announcing the 2022 show date and that the show is going to take place over two days. The people asking again are not in this group
and are not getting the daily emails. The hotel discount is expiring on March 28th and those rates will skyrocket if you don't reserve in advance plus we have really good rates for Mohegan Sun right now. https://fitnessatlantic.com/hotel/

The Fitness Atlantic fee to enter hasn't changed in many years. I was sent a message in late November that WBFF Fees must go up and I sent out emails in December saying sign up before the rate increase. My webmaster is sometimes a little slow and the rates just went up last week. Again people who are not in the group on the email list didn't get those messages.

The big thing I know will be an issue and as soon as the show sells out will be questions on TICKETS. The cabaret theater has 396 seats available and we used to sell 1200 tickets. We used to be known for the audience and times are still a little strange with people going to events but it will happen and this show will sell out.
