I asked my webmaster to make our store of all the past show videos FREE to watch and he just finished setting it up.
This Saturday marked 7 weeks until the 22nd Annual Fitness Atlantic Weekend.
This 2022 Fitness Atlantic is held in a new venue inside Mohegan Sun - the Cabaret Theater.
There are a few reasons for moving from the Uncas Ballroom to the Cabaret Theater.
It was the only decision and seems to be the right decision based on the world today.
The Cabaret Theater has 400 seats and spread out with lounge seating with comfy couches.
The show is now 2-shows with Transformation on Friday as it's own show!
The other WBFF Divisions are on Saturday April 30th.
If you are going to enter the 2022 WBFF Fitness Atlantic then it is best to do it today.
The prices on my site are from 2012 and we may have to place an increase to match all WBFF events.
Enter before you will see a price increase.

As you get closer to stepping on stage we want to be sure you have everything set.
In planning there are certain steps we want you to do so the outcome matches the desire you have to do well.
We just keep going over this pattern and try to plan for all of the little details and things that may get in your way during prep.
What is the best strategy for planning?
Do you shop and cook your meals over the weekend?
Does someone provide you with a meal plan?
Is the weekend when you rush around to get everything ready for the start of the week?
Are you counting the weeks to the show?
When does the trainer/coach to give you next week's workouts?
You may still need to buy a suit, gown, and heels. Did you pick them out yet?
Here is a quick list of the things to do for the show.
We have to plan the same for show production as well.
We have meetings with the production team to go over details of the stage, lighting and script.
We hope we answer everyone's questions so it makes for better preparation on everyone's part.
