Over the past years we have introduced a Transformation Challenge at the show and it really doesn't
have a whole lot of rules on entering so basically anyone can enter as long as you have a "before photo".
When Jennifer Crisanti wrote that she weighed the exact same for the past 2 years
it was just as inspirational as others who had lost a lot of weight on the scale.
Transformation is personal to each contestant. While we understand that we have seen that most
of the contestants have been Long Term Transformations because many people feel that is why
the division was created yet it isn't true at all. Results don't have to be extreme.
