a show in 12 weeks.

Whatever you are doing to prepare should be progressive with small changes each week.
Each week you get better.
It only takes small
weekly changes.

PS - Below is a video on a 9 Point Body Fat Test. Some people love to complain this has flaws but what I state in the video is that is okay as long as the SAME PERSON DOES THE TEST THE SAME WAY WEEKLY. This is way better than a handheld device
or body fat scale. Have the same person do the weekly check-ins.
