Sometimes it is best to have something in-your-face that you look at all the time like a
photo on the refrigerator?
Do you shop and cook your meals over the weekend? Sunday meal Prep?
Is the weekend when you rush around to get everything ready for the start of the week?
When going into your first show there is still many unanswered questions you may have and are waiting for your trainer/coach to give you next week's meal plans and workouts.
You may still need to buy a suit, gown, and heels.
