Looking forward to seeing many people this Sunday Feb 16th at the first workshop of the year.
It will be held at A1 Fitness Center, 220 Indian River Rd, Orange, CT 06477.
We are starting at 11:00am and it is only $30 at the door for the two hour session.
Please wear workout clothing and ladies
please bring high heel shows.
