Hi,

Each day usually as I'm eating my breakfast I try to send out one daily email to you.

Now I'm not a professional motivation speaker and these emails are not proof read like something I would put out in an ebook or blog post.

My emails sometimes have grammar issues...

Once and a while I offend someone.

The people I really want to communicate with are interested in actually entering a show.

I think I can relate to people who are thinking of entering their first physique contest.

Why do I think that?

When I was 20 years of age I entered my first contest. I also started working in gyms.

Doing a show isn't easy...

In most cases almost every time people back out because someone said something to them.

People give up. People quit. Something stops them.

Sometimes people don't know how to understand what I'm trying to say (write) in my emails.

Some things really get me fired up and angry and they have to do with people giving up on their goals.

People using EXCUSES bug me and and I sorta lose my mind.

People who have never competed talking others out of entering a show. I can't stand those people especially if they are trainers.

Other things don't really get me mad but confuse me??? Which makes me frustrated.

Why doesn't stage production and lighting matter to everyone when it comes to shows?

Think about your favorite band and imagine going to see them play and all they did was tape up a banner and use Home Depot lights on the stage?

Many of the other events don't have scripts and lighting is sometimes use Home Depot flood lights
at the edge of the stage. Most maybe have just a banner of the name of the event.

How is that AMAZING?

Here is the main thing - we grew Fitness Atlantic all the way to Mohegan Sun with HARD WORK.

It's such an outstanding event with the best venue hands down, incredible stage, and fitness magazine photographers.

Every year Over 300 people inquire about entering.

Yet, Only Half of the people inquiring will make it to the stage.

Imagine of the other half didn't get talked out of it.

This is not easy but most people are not afraid of the hard work they are afraid of losing.

When it comes to FITNESS people find excuses and reasons to not commit to a diet and training program.

One year I trained a guy from 12 weeks out to 2 weeks out.

This guy made such incredible changes in his physique. Then the final 2 weeks he disappeared from the gym. A week after the show he came back to the gym gaining almost all of the weight and fat he lost back looking like he did 12 weeks out.

What happened?

He absolutely would have made the Top 5 in that show.

Then he quit with not even some photos to show for his work.

He got nervous and someone told him he wasn't good enough.

He never got into that shape again...

This Sunday is the 10 Weeks Out Posing Workshop in Orange, CT.

Hope to see you,

Brian
