12 Week Challenge Starts Today

Think about how many people workout yet see zero results.

Many people simply just waste time going to a gym.

Until people eat correctly going to a gym and working out could be 100% counter-productive.

100% waste of time.

People could accomplish so much in 3 months time.

Twelve weeks out is usually when people start being strict on a meal plan
and getting weekly check-ins with a trainer or coach for a show.

For the most part there is really no need to start way out -
typically most people could get ready for a show in 12 Weeks.

At the bottom of this email is a 12 Week Calendar and 12 Week Exercise and Food Journal. 

Today will be the first Prep Workshop over at A1 Fitness in Orange CT at 11:00am.

Sunday Feb 12th, 
Sunday Feb 26th
Sunday March 12th, 
Sunday March 26, 
Sunday April 9th
Prepare for Bikini Diva, Diva Fitness Model, Women's Figure, Transformation and Men's Fitness Model and Muscle Model Practice. (Men and Women Welcome) Plus any Q&A 
No appointments necessary but must arrive by 11:00am. 
It's only $30 at the door for Two Hour Posing Session. 
11:00am - 1:00pm

Held Sundays at A1 Fitness Studio, 220 Indian River Rd, Orange, CT 06477
