As we get closer to stepping on stage we want to be sure we have everything set.
In planning there are certain steps we want to do so the outcome matches our desires.
We just keep going over and over the pattern in our heads and try to plan for all of the little details.
What is your
best strategy for planning?
- Do you use a notepad?
- Donna likes a calendar on the table
- I like a huge white board in my office room.
Do you shop and cook your meals over the weekend?
Is the weekend when you rush around to get everything ready for the start of the week?
When going into your first show there is still many unanswered questions you may have and are waiting for your trainer/coach to give you next week's meal plans and workouts.
You may still need to buy a suit, gown, and heels.
Here is a quick list of the things to do for the show.
We have to plan the same for production as well.
On Friday I went to Mohegan to have a meeting with the production team and it went great. Honestly last year they didn't understand what I was talking about but after getting through last year they down understand what it is and how it runs.
Saturday we visited another workshop to talk about the show.
We have visited workshops in NY, RI and MA and run the classes in CT.
We hope we answer everyone's questions so it makes for better preparation on everyone's part.
Talk Soon,
Brian
