different phases of prep to transform your physique, techniques on proper form in lifting, tanning, glam hair and makeup, marketing yourself, nutrition in phases of prep and building, truths and myths without any product pushing!
We'll have some great vendors for costumes and suits and even industry promoters Brian & Donna Cannone who run the WBFF Fitness Atlantic at Mohegan Sun!
